These terms apply to the Site only. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement, such as our Master Service Agreement and Service Definitions. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms and Conditions. If those documents conflict with these terms, they control for the services they cover.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malware, scrape it at a rate that burdens our infrastructure, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, downloads, and design, is owned by Monreal IT or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site and download materials we offer for download for your own internal business use.
